Do I need to Provide logins to my site?
A. No. We will do a Skype conversation with you and with a secure connection using Team Viewer we will connect to you and do the work while you watch. You will login to where we need access to secure your site and can stop this access at any time. You are 100% in control and there is no risk. We do not need you to provide any logins. If you wish, we can secure your site without having to do a Skype and Teamviewer session, but will require the necessary logins to your site. This alternative is great if you are busy and cannot be present for the securing session.
Q. Can you not come to my office to secure my site?
A. When it’s possible we can, but we found that doing this online is much easier, less invasive and cost effective. We are able to offer a low price by doing everything remotely.
Q. How will I know if my site is secured and passes all the tests once complete?
A. We will run another test and show you the results after our work is complete.
Q. How long will this take?
A. You should set aside at least one hour. It could be a little quicker or possibly slightly longer than that.
Q. Sounds good, how much will this cost me?
A. We just charge a one-time fee of $49.00.
Q. How do I pay? When do I pay?
A. We use Paypal so you will need a Paypal account. You can also pay with Visa/Mastercard via Paypal. Once we finish the work and have your site secured 100%, we will send you the invoice via email for payment.
